About Go Low Waste Pty Ltd
A Melbourne VIC based consultancy helping Australian businesses reduce waste, strengthen operations and plan for a lower-cost, lower-impact future.
Our Story
Go Low Waste Pty Ltd was founded on a simple observation: most Australian businesses want to reduce waste, but few have the time, tools or internal expertise to do it properly. Waste is rarely a headline problem, yet it quietly erodes margins through excess procurement, inefficient processes, avoidable disposal costs and missed opportunities to recover value.
What began as a small Melbourne practice working with local manufacturers and hospitality operators has grown into a consultancy serving businesses across retail, construction, logistics, healthcare and professional services. We have never chased volume for its own sake. Instead, we take on engagements where we can measure real outcomes: lower operating costs, cleaner supply chains, clearer reporting and teams that understand waste as a business variable rather than an afterthought.
Today, our team combines operational consulting experience with practical sustainability knowledge. We work alongside our clients rather than above them, from the first audit through to implementation, staff training and ongoing performance reviews.
Our Values
- Practical first
- We recommend changes that can actually be implemented, with costs, timelines and trade-offs stated clearly from the start. A plan nobody can execute is not a plan.
- Evidence over assumption
- Every engagement begins with measurement. We audit, quantify and baseline before we advise, so our recommendations stand up to scrutiny.
- Transparency with clients
- Plain-English reporting, honest estimates and no hidden fees. If a solution is not worth the investment, we will tell you.
- Long-term thinking
- Waste reduction is not a one-off project. We build capability within your team so improvements last well beyond our engagement.
- Respect for every business
- We work with organisations of every size and budget, tailoring our approach rather than applying a template.
